Loudoun Community Health Center - Support to initialize and implement integrated mental health services at this primary care site.
Northern Virginia Family Service - Support to expand the Dental Resource Recruitment Program, making additional oral health care available to "safety net" clients.
The Womens' Center - Support to a coalition of agencies led by The Womens' Center and including the Community Health Care Network, The Fairfax/Falls Church Community Services Board and Northern Virginia Family Service. Together they will develop a plan to improve the mental health delivery system in Fairfax/Falls Church and further increase integration of mental health and primary care.
