Board of Trustees

M. Tracy Ault

M. Tracy Ault is a Vice President and co-owner of Landmark Title and Escrow, Inc, a full-service real estate title insurance agency and settlement firm located in Hendon, Virginia. She has also worked as a consultant to nonprofit organizations for many years focusing on strategic planning, fund development and financial management. Previously Tracy was a senior manger in commercial banking with firms in Detroit, Baltimore, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia, specializing in real estate construction, land development and commercial lending.

She has been an active volunteer in the Northern Virginia community. She was President of the Junior League of Northern Virginia and also served in a variety of board positions over her time as an active member of the League. She was a member of the board of Volunteer Fairfax, Inc. for six years, holding positions as Treasurer, Vice President-Special Events and Nominating Chair. She is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax and served on their Alumni Board for several terms. She is a board member of several athletic booster boards.

Tracy attended Michigan State University and Wayne State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, specializing in Journalism. She also holds a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from The American University, Washington, D.C.

Brian Davis

Brian D. Davis is a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Planner with offices located in the District of Columbia just outside the historic Eastern Market area. He provides accounting, bookkeeping and tax services to a range of businesses, not-for-profit organizations and high net worth individuals. He has been in public accounting since 1990, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed as a CPA in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Brian has served on the board of Campbell Hoffman since 2000, most recently as Treasurer and chair of the Finance Committee.

Thomas W. Greeson

Thomas W. Greeson is a partner in the Health Care Practice Group of Reed Smith LLP. His practice focuses on the health care industry representing radiologists and physicians involving health and hospital law, managed care contracting, antitrust, Medicare reimbursement, fraud and abuse, not-for-profit law, legislative and regulatory, and licensure and disciplinary matters. Previously, he served as general counsel for the American College of Radiology.

Mr. Greeson is a regular columnist for Diagnostic Imaging Magazine, serves as Secretary of the Virginia Bar Association Section Council, past-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Area Health Education Center, was awarded the “2003 President’s Award” from the Radiology Business Management Association, and is listed as one of ten outstanding physician practice lawyers in the United States in 2004 by Nightingale’s Healthcare News.

Mr. Greeson earned his B.B.A. (1971) and M.B.A. (1974) from the University of Georgia, and J.D., with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law (1982).  He is a member of the Virginia, District of Columbia, and Illinois bars.

Donald L. Harris

Don is the Vice President for Government Relations for Inova Health System and has been with that organization (and its predecessor, Fairfax Hospital Association) since 1975.  He is responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships between his organization and the legislative and executive branches of the federal and state governments.  He serves as an Inova representative with the Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance, the group coordinating disaster response for the region.  In this capacity he also serves as a member of the statewide Hospital Emergency Medical Committee.

Don graduated from Indiana University (1968) and Yale University (1975) with masters degrees and has an undergraduate degree from Franklin College of Indiana (1966).  Prior to his graduate work in health care administration at Yale, he served as a captain in the Medical Service Corp of the U.S. Army.

Carol Jameson

Carol Jameson, MSW is Vice President of the Supportive Family Services Division of Northern Virginia Family Service, a regional non-profit in its 83rd year serving families and individuals (http://www.nvfs.org/) . She has been with NVFS for 14 years. Carol was previously the Associate Director of the Whitman Walker Clinic of Northern Virginia, and before that helped to establish the Inova Office of HIV Services. Carol holds a Masters Degree in social work.

Heidi Kallett

Heidi Kallett is the President & CEO of The Dandelion Patch, a fine stationery and gift store with locations in Vienna and Reston, VA. With true marketing "muscle" and keen business acumen, Heidi is responsible for growing the business by over 300% in the past two years. In addition to her entrepreneurial life, she believes that success is also defined by being a contributing member of her community. To that end, Heidi serves on many non-profit boards, including Volunteer Fairfax, Children's Museum of Northern Virginia, Child Help USA, Medical Care for Children Program, and the Advisory Social Services Board for Fairfax County. From 2004-2005, Heidi was President of the Junior League of Northern Virginia and in 2006 she graduated from the signature program of Leadership Fairfax. She is also a member of Charity Works, the Reston Chamber of Commerce, the National Retail Federation and Entrepreneuer's Organization of DC. Heidi and her husband, Joel, live in Vienna and their two children attend The Langley School.

Bartlett Naylor

Bartlett Naylor has been a principal with Capital Strategies Consulting, Inc since 1999. He assists progressive organizations in their efforts to win corporate reform. He worked to prevent the privatization of Blue Cross in Maryland, and helped design and promote Maryland legislation that requires large employers to set side a minimum payment for health insurance. Formerly, he worked as director of corporate affairs for the Teamsters. Before that, he was chief of investigations for the U.S. Senate Banking Committee. He is the author of "America's Least Valuable Directors," a critique of corporate governance deficiencies. He graduated from Harvard in 1978.

Kathie Westpheling

Kathie Westpheling has been the Executive Director of the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved since August of 2002, developing liaisons with other national, state, and local organizations interested in improving access to health care and the development and support of clinicians in our medically underserved communities. Ms Westpheling has over thirty years experience working in public health and non-profit associatons. She received her Masters of Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley and her Bachelors Degree from Simmons College, Boston, MA. She is a 2002 Fellow in the HHS Primary Care Health Policy Fellowship and completed Georgetown University's Non-Profit Executive Management Certificate Program in the spring of 2002.

Lyn S. Hainge, Executive Director

Lyn Hainge joined the Campbell-Hoffman Foundation in 2007. Before joining the Foundation, she led the Alexandria, VA Healthy Communities Access Program, a federal grant program which increased access to health care for low income, uninsured residents of that City. Among her other accomplishments are creating (and, for its first ten years, leading) the Northern Virginia Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and playing key roles in establishing Alexandria Neighborhood Health Services, Inc. (the parent organization of the Arlandria Health Center) and the Northern Virginia AIDS Ministry. She has served on multiple boards of directors both locally and nationally and was honored by Governor Mark Warner for her work on access to obstetrical care in Virginia. She holds a degree in psychology from Allegheny College and a Masters in Health Systems Management from George Mason University.
